  • Do you want to learn bellydance from scratch, or you have some dancing experience, but want to go back to basics and build solid foundation for your bellydance path?
  • You want to move in a fun and elegant way, enjoying being woman in every size and age?
  • You want to dance with the teacher having more than 15-years experience with bellydance as well as with healthy approach to movement, who wants to help you feel at home in your body and prevent the dance to be hurtful to you?
  • You want to study bellydance in English?

Come and join my first English class in Centrum tance, Politických Vězňů 8, near Václavské náměstí.

Bellydance beginners + pre-intermediate

– for women having no or basic experience with bellydance – we will learn the basic steps and movements, put them together in combinations and then to simple choreographies. I am passionate about making every woman to feel at home in her own body and to enjoy dance to the fullest!

How does the lesson look like?

You can expect the lesson to start with a warm-up, then we will work on the technique, and most importantly, we will dance and have fun. At the end of the lesson there will be a part dedicated to stretching and relaxing our muscles and the whole body. The technique is based on Egyptian bellydance styles, but we will also use props and also inspiration from other dance styles.
